Our quick
support facility allows our systems
engineers to
establish a secure connection from their PC to your PC at
work or home, regardless are where the
engineer may be. This means that we are able
to access your computer from our offices and
can perform tasks and troubleshoot on your
machine remotely, speeding up our service
delivery and reducing costs to our clients.
When the Quick support is downloaded onto
your PC it creates a partner ID and password
which you then give to our engineer. The
engineer, using the ID and password, is now
able to access your PC remotely and perform
tasks. This whole process is done in a very
secure manner.
Our Quick Support program uses a full
encryption, based on RSA private-/public key
exchange and AES (256 bit) session encoding
(very secure and compliant!) and it cannot
be deciphered. The password is never sent
directly but only through a
challenge-response procedure and is only
saved on the local computer.
